Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 16 82 P01 A and 16 82 A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

This permission shall expire 2 years from the date of this permission and the use of the land as specified in the application shall cease.. Reason: In order that the effect of the development on the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period and that any future application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That following the expiration of this permission or first occupation of the dwelling approved by permission P14/S2378/FUL, which ever occurs first, the mobile homes hereby approved shall be removed from site within one month and the land repaired and re-instated to its previous condition. Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity in accordance with policies D1, G2 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
