Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2016/208-01 and 2016/208-02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the solar PV equipment shall not protrude more than 100 mm beyond the plane of the roof slope up on which it is to be installed when measured from the perpendicular with the external surface of the roof. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, with saved Policies CON3, CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with the National Planning Policy Framework.

That the external frames for the solar PV equipment hereby approved shall be factory colour coated or finished matt black prior to the installation of the panels and shall be permanently maintained as such thereafter. Reason: To safeguard the special character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, with saved Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with the National Planning Policy Framework.

That the consent for the equipment is for a period not exceeding 25 years (performance warranty life) from the date it is installed of which the Local Planning Authority will be informed within 28 days. If within this 25 year period the solar PV equipment is no longer required for microgeneration the equipment must be removed within 3 months and the roof restored to its original condition. Reason: To safeguard the special character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, with saved Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with the National Planning Policy Framework.
