That all the buildings specified in the application to be demolished as indicated on Site Plan 07B, shall be demolished prior to the commencement of construction of the dwellings hereby permitted save for Building I (as shown on drawing 'demolition drawing February 2016'), which shall be demolished prior to any work of construction taking place in respect of Plot 2.
Reason: To ensure satisfactory, comprehensive, sustainable development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 and CS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
