Erection of single storey side and rear extensions together with internal and external alterations.(as amended by plan refs CDA68 30C, 31 C, 32C, 33C,34C ,35A and ESPA deleting the rooflight in the proposed eastern elevation).
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, CDA68 LP, CDA68 20A, CDA68 21A, CDA68 22A, CDA68 23A, CDA68 24, CDA68 25, CDA68 26, CDA68 27, CDA68 28B, CDA68-ESPA, CDA68-29C, CDA68-30C, CDA68-31C, CDA68-32C, CDA68-33C, CDA68-34C, CDA68-35A and CDA68 35C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That prior to the commencement of development, a schedule of all external finishes shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are acceptable in accordance with policies CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policies Con 2 and Con 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of development, the submission of the following details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority:
a) Specification of the roof light
b) New joinery details
c) Details of extension footings
d) Details of junctions between extensions and the original building showing any fixings
e) Specification of new weather coat.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are acceptable in accordance with policies CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policies Con 2 and Con 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
