Description
The existing three corner posts and hand rail around an opening in the first floor would be replaced with stronger light oak posts of a simpler but similar design. Two glazed panels would also replace the existing thin spindles that are currently on the two edges of this enclosure.

The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, GC 16 LBC 02, GC 16 LBC 05, GC 16 LBC 03, GC 16 LBC 04, GC 16 LBC 01, GC 16 LBC 07 and GC 16 LBC 06, and in accordance with the details as contained within the supporting documentation, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policy CON3.
