Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC 001, BLO 001, 2756 2, 2756 02, 2756 01, 15 772 05, 15 772 04, 15 772 02 Rev A, 15 772 03 Rev A and 15 772 01 Rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the works hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s).
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 & CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Lime specification for all new plasterwork, render and mortars shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 & CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Following the full opening up of the modern internal materials and removal of any external renders, a full photographic record (see Historic England publication Understanding Historic Buildings, a guide to good recording practice, 2006) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 & CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
