Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Site & Block plan COM 001, Proposed floor plan PF 001 and elevation plan, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The premises shall be used only for personal equestrian use and manufacturing of handmade items, amplified by the cover letter dated 18/11/2016 and applicant email dated 16/03/2016. The premises shall at no time be used for any other purpose.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, the amenity of neighbouring residents and the openness of the countryside in accordance with Policies CSEN1 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2,E8 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
No goods, materials, plant or machinery shall be stored, repaired, operated or displayed outside the buildings without the prior permission in writing from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, the amenity of neighbouring residents and the openness of the countryside in accordance with Policies CSEN1 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
