The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the surface water drainage works set out in the Southern Neighbourhood Surface Water Drainage Strategy Addendum Report (Ref: 13192 - Report 06 SN SWDS Addendum Revision B September 2015 Job No. 13192) have been carried out in accordance with the approved details.
