Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P16/S2736/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, R614.01, R614.02, R614.03, R614.11 A and 15 271 100 C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing single storey lean to extension. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The all works of making good to the retained clunch stone wall shall be carried out using salvaged stone from the part to be removed and any deficit made up with matching clunch stone. All will be bedded and pointed in lime mortar to match the existing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
