The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing single storey lean to extension.

The all works of making good to the retained clunch stone wall shall be carried out using salvaged stone from the part to be removed and any deficit made up with matching clunch stone. All will be bedded and pointed in lime mortar to match the existing.
