Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The garage accommodation hereby approved for Plots 507 to 516 and 519 (as shown on drwg. no. 69-2045-101 Rev J) shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the provision of adequate off-street car parking in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the occupation of the development a copy of the Travel Information Pack shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority following consultation with the Local Highway Authority. The approved Travel Information Pack shall then be provided to each household initially to occupy the dwellings to be built and shall include information on the alternative to single-occupancy car use available to residents, walking and cycle route maps, discount and public transport information. Reason: To promote sustainable transport in accordance with National Planning Policy Framework 2012.
