All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. A full repair schedule with good photographic coverage of all features proposed for repair/alteration shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun and thereafter implemented as approved. Any new rooflights should be of 'conservation' type with a central bar and sitting flush with the roof surface. Sample panels of facing brickwork showing the proposed repointing shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel and thereafter retained as such.
