The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO 001, PONDHOUSE/1, PONDHOUSE/2 A, LOC 001 and 02 PON 100 Rev B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P16/S1062/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all new windows, doors or other openings, at a scale of no more than 1:20, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved a detailed specification of any new external ducts, flue pipes or means of external venting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and any such works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
