That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans: Location Plan PR/P100; Proposed Site Plan PR/P/002; and Proposed Elevations, Floor and Roof Plan PR/P/100, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the building hereby approved shall be used only for purposes ancillary to the owner's own private enjoyment of the property and not as separate bed and breakfast or other guest accommodation or any other purpose without the prior permission of the local planning authority. Reason: To ensure that the impacts of any future use of the building for any other propose are properly assessed in accordance with policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
