The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 01A, 04, 03B and 05, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Prior to the commencement of the works, hereby approved a detailed specification of any external extracts, vents and other outlets shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and any such works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the works, hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the window to the laundry room, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All works of making good to be carried out on a like-for-like basis unless otherwise approved in writing. Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Materials to be used for the external ramps b. Details of hand rails c. Details of paving Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
