Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, J 400 07 A, J 400 07 B, J 400 06 A, J 400 03 A, J400.13 and J 400 11A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Within 8 months of the date of the consent hereby granted the half round ridge tiles shall be replaced with bonnet tiles as specified in drawing J.400.11A and as shown in image 1 in the applicants email dated 23 February 2016. The bonnet tiles shall be set in lime mortar and retained thereafter. Reason: In the interests of the historic and architectural integrity of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The windows, W1 and W2, hereby approved shall be single glazed and constructed in accordance with the details shown in drawing J.400/13. Reason: In the interests of the historic and architectural integrity of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
