That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 15075-P02, 15075-P01, 15075-SU01 and 15075-L01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. That prior to the commencement of works, a Method Statement for reroofing to include a specification of the insulation material (and cross section of installation) is submitted.
