Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BS 284 004 PL1 and BS 284 001 PL1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the works specified in the application namely; the removal of external doors and windows on the northern elevation to the access road, the removal of a timber lobby and the removal of the existing screen fencing, shall be carried out within three calendar months of this decision. Reason: The independent doorways facilitate the use of the outbuildings as independent dwellings contrary to policy CS1 and CSR1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy. The works are necessary to ensure that the development accords with the Development Plan.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the external alteration of the outbuildings, on the elevation facing the access road fronting the site unless specifically allowed by this planning permission, as described in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Order shall not be undertaken without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the Local Planning Authority retains control over any future development as specified in the condition in the interests of amenity in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
