Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The new windows and doors to; 1x Dining Room window; 3x 1st Floor Bedroom windows; Family Room -Patio Doors and Side lights; Drawing Room - Pairs of Doors and Drip, shall be replaced and/or repaired in painted timber with like-for-like joinery details and be single glazed to match those existing (1x Dining Room window, 3x 1st Floor Bedroom windows, Family Room -Patio Doors and Side lights, Drawing Room - Pairs of Doors and Drip). Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
