Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 251 1A and LOC 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That all works to replace windows shall be conducted in accordance with the following:
1. All replacement glazing shall be single glazing;
2. All replacement leaded windows shall have integral/structural lead and not applied lead.
Reason: To preserve the special historical or architectural qualities of the Grade II listed building, in accordance with policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works to replace windows WG4 and WG7, as identified in the supporting "Window orientation list", shall be conducted in accordance with the following:
1. All glass and glazing bars in the existing windows shall be re-used and incorporated into the replacement windows;
2. Joinery of the replacement windows shall match that of the existing.
Reason: To preserve the special historical or architectural qualities of the Grade II listed building, in accordance with policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
