The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P16/S1583/DIS

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, J531/101 and J531/110, J531/104, J531/105, J531/113, J531/114, J531/103, J531/111, J531/106, J531/115, J531/112, J531/102 and J531/110, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. The submission of a photographic schedule of all external materials and their proposed finish b. Joinery details of all new doors and windows incl. roof light details c. Details of 1) how the extension will abut or join all adjoining walls/roofs and 2) the proposed finish of interior of new bedroom Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
