The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

a. The submission of a photographic schedule of all external materials and
their proposed finish
b. Joinery details of all new doors and windows incl. roof light details
c. Details of 1) how the extension will abut or join all adjoining walls/roofs and
2) the proposed finish of interior of new bedroom
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
