Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

This permission only allows for the variation of Condition 2 of planning permission P13/S1046/FUL in the form of changes to the approved plans as shown on the plans referred to in Condition 1 of this permission and the removal of Conditions 5 & 7 of planning permission P13/S1046/FUL. All the other conditions attached to that planning permission remain in force in all other respects. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
