Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 771 100, 771 A 04, 771 A 10, 771 A 11, 771/A/30, 771 A 12, 771 A 13, 771 A 14, 771 A 15 and 771 105, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
No works shall take place until written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority of all external walling and roofing materials to be used in the construction of the extensions hereby approved.
Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The works to repair the existing boundary wall shall be undertaken in accordance with the details outlined within the Outbuilding Condition Survey report. Notwithstanding the provisions of this report the use of an injected damp proof course shall not be implemented.
Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
