Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PE-001, PE-001, 871 01, 871 02, LOC 001, Proposed horizantal glazing bar detail, En-suite, bathroom and rear bedroom window details, Ground floor bay window details, Ground floor window section and Horizontal casement sliding detail, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the windows hereby approved shall be installed in accordance with the joinery and section details submitted in the application. Reason: In the interests of the architectural and historic integrity of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 and of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
