Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall commence within 12 months of the date of the permission and that at the expiration of two years from the date of commencement, the building hereby approved shall be removed from the site unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The applicant shall notify the Council of the date of commencement.
Reason: Because a temporary planning permission is only granted in the specific circumstances pending the redevelopment of the site in accordance with Policy CSDID1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO 001, LOC 001, OP1 001, D 0057 1, D 0057 8, D 0057 4, D 0057 6 and D 0057 7 rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the planning application forms hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
