The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That prior to the commencement of works for the conversion of the relevant listed buildings, samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes for that building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. a detailed schedule and specification of all works to the listed buildings
b. method statements for works of cleaning, repair and restoration
c. a schedule and specification of repairs and replacements for windows, to include joinery details
d. external drainage, flues, vents and telecom equipment
e. details of the internal finishes and retention of historic features in the Hobbies Room in Unit 6
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
