Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 030 P01, 031 P01 and 032 P01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Extent of timber replacement
b. Method statement for works to floor/underpinning following investigation
c. Joinery details for all external windows, roof lights and doors
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Roof tiles
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That any external ducts, flue pipes or means of external venting shall be painted in a matt black finish unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
