1. Sound proofing to bedroom wall at first floor level: to be 75mm thick timber stud, insulation quilt and plasterboard with emulsion paint finish to match existing. Overall thickness of new wall facing to be 90mm. Skirtings to be reused on face of new wall.
2. To fix 1200mm high open timber trellis to timber posts set back from boundary to position trellis above top of existing 600mm high wall along one side boundary.
