Within one (1) month of the date of this permission, an acoustic enclosure shall be installed in accordance with the details submitted in the email from Sound Planning dated 30 July 2015 and supporting documents;Construction Detail- Acoustic Louvre, Construction Detail- Acoustic Panel, and Performance Data Sheet. For the avoidance of doubt, the specified enclosure is a Chevron Blade 300mm Louvre Acoustic Enclosure. Thereafter, the air source heat pump (ASHP) and associated acoustic enclosure shall be serviced and maintained so as to continue the mitigation of the noise impact of the ASHP. Reason: To mitigate the noise impact of the ASHP on neighbouring properties in accordance with policies CSQ1 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
