Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Apart from the variation to Condition 2 hereby approved the development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved plans and conditions relating to planning permission P12/S1481/FUL and the pre-commencement details agreed under application P14/S4117/DIS and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
