Prior to the commencement of the development relating to planning permission P14/S0477/FUL a plan showing the provision of temporary passing places along Pond Lane (Mapledurham Bridleway 14) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The agreed passing places shall be constructed prior to the commencement of development and retained until the completion of the construction of the development relating to application P14/S0477/FUL. Upon completion of the construction phase, the passing places shall be removed and the surface restored to its original condition.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
