Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1506_101_A_ext_plans, 1506_102_A_ext_eles, 1506_100_B, 1506_107-B, 1506_108_B_OPTB and 1506_110_A_OPTB, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The walls of the development hereby permitted shall be constructed in natural stone of the same colour, type and texture, laid and pointed in the same manner, as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing building. Otherwise all materials shall be carried out in accordance with the details provided on the plans unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the character of the listed building in accordance with South Oxfordshire Local Plan Policy CON2 and South Oxfordshire Core Strategy Policy CSEN3.
