Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The extent of timber repairs required shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to carrying out these works. Reason: Once the tiles have been removed the extent of repair works needed will be clearer. Details of the works are required to ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Prior to the commencement of works, confirmation of insulation materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
