Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P15/S3880/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, J490/200 RevA, J490/201 RevA and J490/202 RevA, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. The roof lantern b. The junction between the extension and the rear wall of the house Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
