That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PF-001, LOC-001, PHO-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The occupation of the outbuilding for residential purposes and overnight sleeping accommodation may only be undertaken by the applicant, Mrs Sharon Cartwright, and members of her immediate family. Reason: The proposal is only acceptable in view of the specific personal circumstances of the applicant, to protect the amenity of neighbouring residents and because the outbuilding does not represent a suitable location for a separate dwelling due to access, parking and privacy issues and the lack of provision of a private amenity space, and to ensure new housing is of an acceptable standard of design and construction, in accordance with policies G2, D1, D3, D4, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
