The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than two years from the date of approval of the last of the reserved matters to be approved.

2. Site offices and other temporary buildings;
3. Loading and unloading of plant and materials;

5. Vehicle wheel washing facilities;

and construction works;
8. Installation and maintenance of security hoarding/fencing.

In connection with the implementation of this permission no construction works shall take place outside the hours of 8:00am to 18:00 Mondays to Fridays and 8:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. Works shall not take place at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from noise and dust disturbance during the development of the site in accordance with Policies EP1 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the commencement of development revised tree pit details for trees planted within or immediately adjacent to hard surfaced areas shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter those trees shall be planted in accordance with the approved details.

Details of all boundary walls, fences and any other means of enclosure shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any development.
