Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P16/S0098/DIS

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P 0.30, P 0.50, P 1.60, P 0.10, 1.30 Revision G, 1.40 Revision G and 1.50 Revision D, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P16/S0098/DIS

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details for all new windows and doors. b. Specification/details of metal roof. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Walls and roof of the extension and garage building. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest and setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
