Conditions / Refusal Reasons
This permission shall inure solely for the benefit of the applicant Rev Philip Mader-Grayson and for no other person or persons and at the expiration of a period of two years from the date of this permission the use of the land as specified in the application shall cease. Reason: To ensure the permission is exercised only by the applicant having regard to the personal circumstances of the case and in order that the effect of the development on the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period and that any future application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with Policies TSEM6, EP1 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plan, 001 RevB, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The site shall be used for the siting of a maximum of five touring caravans and fifteen tents for holiday and recreational purposes only and for no other purpose. The site shall not be used for the siting of static caravans. For the purposes of this condition, touring caravans shall include any motor homes and campervans. Reason: In order to limit the impact of the development on the visual amenity of the Oxford Green Belt and the surrounding area, the impact on the amenity of neighbouring residents and in order to limit the flood risk to users of the site in accordance with Policies CSEN2 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, Policies C3, G4, GB4, EP1 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and to the Policies of the National Planning Policy Framework.

The site shall only be used for the stationing of touring caravans and tents between Good Friday and 30 September each calendar year. All caravans and tents shall be removed from the site outside these dates. For the purposes of this condition, touring caravans shall include any motor homes and campervans. Reason: In order to limit the impact of the development on the visual amenity of the Oxford Green Belt and the surrounding area and to limit the flood risk to users of the site in accordance with Policies CSEN2 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, Policies C3, G4 and GB4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and to the Policies of the National Planning Policy Framework.
