The proposed change of use shall not begin until details to improve the existing access from the Reading Road (A4155) onto the site have been submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The building shall not be occupied or used for the purpose hereby approved until the works to improve the access have been constructed in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interest of highway safety in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 3, paragraph W of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
