Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 11.016 L01, 11.016 GA01, 11.016 GA07, 11.016 GA03, 11.016 S01, 11.016 S02, 11.016 GA02, 11.016 GA05, 11.016 GA04 and 11.016 GA06, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans and the details of the flintwork shall match that of the original part of the listed building. Reason: In the interests of the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
