That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, J466 100, J466 101, J466 102, J466 103, J466 200 A, J466 202, J466 203, J466 204 A, J466 205 and J466 201, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P17/S0302/DIS

The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interest of historic fabric of the Listed Building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All internal areas of making good must be in like-for-like materials appropriate to the historic construction of the building. Reason: In the interest of historic fabric of the Listed Building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to commencement of the works, further details of the conservation style roof lights shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
