Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 14-SLH-SLP-001, 14-SLH-P1, 14-SLH-E01 and 14-SLH-SP01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the metal gates being replaced, as indicated on DWG 14 SLH SP01, shall be stored and remain on-site or relocated on-site unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interest of retaining the historic assets of the site, which contribute to the character and appearance of the listed building and the wider site in accordance with advice in the NPPF.
