Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, RAC-5709-3, RAC-5709-4 and 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified within the application submission or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

This permission shall expire after a period of three years from the date hereof, and the structure hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policy CS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The occupation of the temporary rural worker's dwelling hereby approved shall be limited to a person solely or mainly employed at The Paddocks in agriculture as defined in Section 336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and dependents of such a person residing with that person on the land identified in this planning permission. Reason: The proposed dwelling is situated in the rural area where the Local Planning Authority would not normally grant permission for such a development and this permission is granted solely in order to fulfill an essential agricultural need, in accordance with Policy CSS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
