Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, CDA68-SK5, CDA68-SK6, CDA6b-SK7 and LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the materials to be used for the brickwork of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used in the brick detailing on the existing building, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the materials to be used for the glazing in the development hereby approved shall match the timber and single glazed panes used on the existing building. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
