Within one (1) month of the date of this permission, an acoustic enclosure shall be installed in accordance with the details submitted in the agent's email dated 22 May 2015 and its supporting documents;Air to Water Heat Pump ESP Classic 2 and Leawood Testing. For the avoidance of doubt, the specified enclosure is an Environ ELV1.1.25AC Acoustic Enclosure. Thereafter, the air source heat pump (ASHP) and associated acoustic enclosure shall be serviced and maintained so as to continue the mitigation of the noise impact of the ASHP. Reason: To mitigate the noise impact of the ASHP on neighbouring properties in accordance with policies CSQ1 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
