Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, upon the mobile home ceasing to be occupied by an employee of Forest Glade Kennels, the use of land for the siting of the mobile home shall be discontinued and the mobile home shall be removed from the land. Reason: The permanent stationing of a mobile home on the site would be contrary to the planning policy of the Local Planning Authority in accordance with Policy H15 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and advice within the National Planning Policy Framework.

That the occupation of the mobile home shall be limited to a person wholly employed or last employed by Forest Glade Kennels Ltd or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Paragraph 55 of the National Planning Policy Framework
