The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved car parking spaces shall be provided within the curtilage of the site so that motor vehicles may park off the highway. The car parking spaces shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of motor vehicles at all times.

The agreed measures shall be kept in place during the entire course of development.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, C9 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the excavation works for the driveways shall be undertaken by hand.

That, prior to the commencement of development, the extension approved under application P15/S0608/HH shall have been implemented such that it is capable of occupation.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The first floor bathroom windows in the north-west and north-east elevations of the dwelling hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass, and shall be fixed shut with the exception of a top hung openable fanlight, prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and it shall be retained as such thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H4 or H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
