Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, BLO-001, BLO-002, 9325 EXISTING, F95-05-01 A, F95-01-03 A, FD95-05-03 A and 9325 PROPOSED B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The external materials to be used for the plinth of the conservatory hereby permitted shall match those used on the existing building, and the timber shall be painted "Pebble White" as indicated in the Design and Access Statement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
