Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, J405-100, J405-102, J405-103, J405-104, J405-105, J405-201, J405-204, J405-205, J405-206, J405-207, J405-208, J405-209, J405-101, J405-202 Rev A and J405-203 Rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order), the enlargement, improvement or other alteration of any dwellinghouse as described in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Order shall not be undertaken without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the openness of the Green Belt given that a fall back position has been used to establish a larger extension than would have otherwise been allowed in accordance with Policy CSEN2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and saved Policies GB4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the provision within the curtilage of the dwelling of any building, enclosure or swimming pool as described in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Order shall not be undertaken without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the openness of the Green Belt given that a fall back position has been used to establish a larger extension than would have otherwise been allowed in accordance with Policy CSEN2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and saved Policies GB4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
