Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, DB107-EX-02, DB107-SE-06, DB107-EX-01, DB107-FF-04, LOC-001, BLO-001, DB107-GA-03A and DB107-PE-05EA, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, a sample of the external timber boarding and finish shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
All areas of new render shall match the render used on the existing property.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy; and Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
