Internal and external alterations to facilitate conversion of upper floors of former nightclub into 1 x 2 bed flat and 1 x 3 bed flat. External alterations to ground floor as previously approved under planning application P14/S1883/LB.(as amended by revised plans accompanying agent's emails dated 16th and 17th April 2015)
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1085.DT.001, 1085.DT.002, 1085.DT.003, 1085.DT.005a, 1085.DT.006, 1085.DT.007, 1085.DT.010, 1085.PL.001d, 1085.PL.002f, 1085.PL.003e, 1085.PL.007d, 1085.PL.010b, 1085.PL.020c, 1085.SU.001b, 1085.SU.002a, 1085.SU.003, 1085.SU.010a, 1085.SU.011a, 1085.SU.012b, 1085.SU.013a, 1085.PL.011d, 1085.PL.012c and 1085.PL.013f, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the brickwork and mortar to be used for any repair/ replacement works to the existing walls shall match the materials used on the existing building.

Structural details, including drawings as necessary, of the kiln mezzanine floor structures shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun.
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
